What a weekend

I might also add I have been on this journey since Feb 12th of this year. I had went off of my diet for a little bit and started back last week. I have lost 33 pounds since I started in Feb and I can't see the difference in the mirror but others can. I can tell the difference in my belt and pants though. I was in a 40 waist and I can get back into my 36's but am wearing my 38's for now.

You're doing great! And 13 miles a day walking? You're a stronger person than me! How long does it take you to walk so much?
Great start, man! :)
I'm another one who went on their own diet pre-op before I started my surgeon's two-week pre-op diet. I figured every pound I lost before surgery was weight I wouldn't have to lose after surgery. Duh! :)
At that point I also greatly needed to prove to myself I could be accountable to me.
In all, I've lost 100 pounds and have maintained that weight loss for a year and a half. Still being accountable to me. :)
Very best wishes to the OP.
