(Dense) Protein First Works!
Posted the other day about getting back on track and how happy I was.
Didn't start by doing any type of liquid diet first... just got back to the basics: protein first, then veggies, etc. .... Guess what: my sleeve/pouch/whatever did not "stretch". It still works fine. I've been delighted to rediscover that three ounces of beef/chicken/pork fills me up. Veggies remain untouched on my plate. No carbs needed.
I expect I'll be revising my signature line Tracker shortly!

It's kind of crazy, right? I had grilled chicken tenderloins last night...there were 6 to an order...barely finished 3 of them.
