i know and sometimes i get discouraged bc my weight loss is slower than others but im not letting that get me down bc hey, i would have never lost this much by myself111 so i am still proud111

I never lost more than 12-15 pounds a month and sometimes no that - compared to 30 pounds for a friend of mine. But it adds up!!! Another friend of mine is 72 and she had VSG 2.5 years ago and she has been losing very slowly - 3-5 pounds a month for the last year, but it makes a difference. She is still losing.
There comes a time when we transfer from a weight loss or even a goal weight, and as a doctor says :To have a healthy and happy relationship with food and your body."
Stay on track.
