Flipbelt - anyone have one?
Good Morning
When I go for my morning walks or evening biking I had always stuffed my "stuff" in my pockets. Not cool and didn't feel safe with putting my items where someone could snatch it off my bike. I bought this really cool little pocket belt and loved not having to carry anything. I had my phone, keys, ID and credit card in one little pocket. When ever I would mess with my phone, my ID or card would fall out.
So.... I jus****ched the video and read some reviews on the flipbelt. Sounds perfect! I am doing the Pacific coast highway drive over the Memorial Day weekend starting on the OR border and will be hiking and climbing to get those drop dead shots. Yes, this former "big girl" that could not walk just typed that. WOOHOO
Anyway, If you have one what do you think? When I get it I will let you all know how it goes

I just use a regular old fannypack. I tried an armband, but it drove me crazy. The flipbelt looks great. I hope you love it!!

I used a SPIbelt for a while and now I'm using an Auria belt. It's useful.

I have one and it's great! My phone just barely fits, but it's a big one (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge). I carry my mini wallet with a few cards and a $5 bill, and a gel packet and it all fits just fine.

Hi Julie,
WOOHOO When I was reading the reviews I saw that the zipper one was 1/2 inch bigger, maybe that would help? Also, when reading the reviews the biggest complaint was no room for water bottles. I see they now make water bottles. Do you have the zipper one or the regular one?

I have the "classic," so having some extra room to stick a large phone in would definitely be helpful! I don't need to carry water because I have a Camelbak-- SUCH a good investment!!-- but they make belts with water bottle loops.
This one is very similar to the belt I used for my triathlon, the pouch isn't nearly as big but it still had room for all of my important stuff.

I mostly use my Camelbak on my bike, since I'm not coordinated enough to reach down and pull my water bottle out of the holder on my bike frame! But it's TONS easier to reach over and grab a straw off my shoulder :)
You can get a no-name hydration pack for under twenty bucks on Amazon, I'd absolutely recommend it for anything outdoors in the summertime!
