Not enough "Fiber" big mistake!
I did eat some spinach & a great homemade, Applewood chix strip cob salad! on Sat. eve. "Amazing" after barely eating all week.
I was eating some ( greens) to keep things moving, along, so I thought. TMI, but with not enough fiber boy was I, let's just say stuck. It was awful. I can laugh about now, but last night I was miserable and in pain!. I never want to go through that again. This week will still be mostly primarily liquids, but I will get in as much fiber as I can. I forgot that when you consume so much protein as I did do in getting my beloved shakes, that, that a side effect is constipation. ;-(
Any suggestions for fiber? Help. Yikes!!

Miralax is great. I add it to flavored water, or iced tea and it's great. I think it will help you, and it is really gently on your colon, not like some of the other stuff out there.
Is it ok in water? I've thought about it. I add it to a morning coffee, but when I travel I normally dont get my coffee... I bring my jug of miralax with me but it normally isnt used.
If I can add to propel or something thatd be awesome!

It is fine in water. I suggest adding it to a flavored drink though. I find it hard in jus****er. It says tasteless but it has a mild taste I can pick up on in water and I hate it. Putting it in koolaid works well for me though.
