My 600-lb. Life Nikki's Story I was cheering all the way!
Finally I story I can write about while I am jumping up and down for joy. OMGosh, this girl has been through it!
Her story is amazing. Started out at 650 and when they removed her abdomen skin weighing in at 60 pounds I was shocked. No wonder she was having issues walking and moving when the weight started coming off. The first time she stood up she said she didn't know how to balance without all that weight in the middle. She hit a few speed bumps but I am proud of her because she said OK and got back on track. This is a learning experience and we don't learn if we don't make mistakes. I think the changes in her face was the most heart lifting. You see her before and then when you see her after, her face was glowing. What did you think?
Check it out, if you have not seen it. You may scream at the TV as we do in frustration but this one you will be cheering her on

I finally saw an episode last week. Penny's story. I began from Season 2, ep 1 after that since I don't think Hulu has Season 1 anymore. I can't believe I've avoided this program for this long. It's both inspirational and frustrating to watch. It's a constant reminder of my own journey. I'll look up Nikki's story though and watch it tonight.

Hi Sai,
That is exactly why I watch it. Yes, I want to shake some of these patients and say take this gift and run with it. But I watch it for me.... There by the grace of God go I! That is what I keep saying and that is why I keep watching. You will enjoy Nikki's story!
