Today's schedule is 30 min HIIT workout and a strength training workout. Swimming sounds a lot more fun though, enjoy!

Yesterday (May 8) was 2.5 hours of foil fencing, including open bouting for 1456 calories burned. Today is a recovery day.

I am in the middle of a major purge/decorate mode and have not been to the gym or moved on an exercise level. But at my age any movement is exercise
