Has your surgeon yelled at you

I am sorry to hear of your experience but I experience this sarcastic attitude from the receptionist instead of the surgeon. I was having a hard time getting approval from the insurance company so I was called the office twice a week to make sure that my paperwork from the PCP was in place and other documentation was there. The receptionist would say snarky remarks, but back it up with a laugh. After hurting my feelings several times, I told my sister that the next time I wasn't going to the let the remarks go. I was going to defind myself with a few choice words of my own. I didn't deserve this treatment because I was only trying to advocate for myself. Thankfully, my surgery was approved and when I do have to interact with her, I will be ready with a respond.

Find a new Dr and report this one to the state.
