Of course I read this post on the ONE day I'm not exercising, lol, I have to go to a big family wedding today.
Yesterday I swam laps for an hour, then did half an hour of water exercises. The day before I rode my bike for 12 km, and the day before that I rode for 10 km. Also more swimming and walking earlier in the week.
