My new journey! Is liquid diet too drastic? well I hope so!

Since you are looking for advice from someone with years of experience, I have over 30 years WLS under my belt. The first 25 with VBG and the last 7 with an RNY revision due to mechanical failure. You can not shrink your pouch by going back to liquids. Your pouch matures to 8 to 12 ounces. Once it grows, it will not shrink. You can regain a sense of restriction by avoiding slider foods and carbs and eating dense protein.

I don't understand your bad attitude towards good advice. Treating people with blatant disrespect will guarantee that you will get very little feedback to your future questions.

Good luck!

Hmm. Pretty snarky response for someone who is so busy! It's amazing you found the time.

I am only 3.5 years out, but I did reach my goal and have maintained a normal BMI since 18 months out having also starting as a heavy-weight --- so, perhaps my input would be acceptable even though I have fewer years than you?

I will take my chances...

Julie is 100% correct.

Doing things incorrectly, even if for more years, does not an expert make.

And thank you great Diva Queen.

I didn't have RnY until December of that year so I wouldn't possibly know anything about pouches.

I disagree, but whatever the case. My eating and physical habits have changed. And I am hopeful, that weight will drop at some point.
Your 3 yrs. in? Not to offend you, but I would take that from a more seasoned post-op.
If it's not shrinking, than it sure does feel like it, because I am getting full on eating two boiled eggs, like I ate a full meal. The protein is really good, at curbing the hunger. I love this feeling again.
Peace.
