"...esp people unfamiliar people, they may be thought of as "flashes in the pan", bait posts, or even trolls..."

This was "the first stone."

No, that was an explanation and an example. If it had said "YOU are...." then THAT would have been a stone.

Your stomach is not shrinking, nor should you expect it to.

I disagree, but whatever the case. My eating and physical habits have changed. And I am hopeful, that weight will drop at some point.
Your 3 yrs. in? Not to offend you, but I would take that from a more seasoned post-op.
If it's not shrinking, than it sure does feel like it, because I am getting full on eating two boiled eggs, like I ate a full meal. The protein is really good, at curbing the hunger. I love this feeling again.
Peace.

If a liquid diet could physically shrink one's stomach, none of us would have had surgery.

You will feel more restriction when eating dense protein than when eating carbs. Even a new post-op, not a seasoned vet, who had listened to their doctor could know that.

What are you being snarky for? Especially when you couldn't be more wrong.

Apparently Julie is a much faster learner than you. I'll take her 3 years over your ill informed 10.

Be blessed. I look forward to you popping by in another couple of years.

I'm almost 13 years out. Julie is right, you are wrong.

She's also seems to be a much nicer person than you.

Bless your heart
