Jello

I love sugar free Jello. It filled me up pre RNY. I just had some today and experienced pain. That horrible feeling when you get when eating too fast or too much. Is this normal?

Not normal at all.

Same thing happened when I ate mushy cauliflower. I had gas pain for two days, I was miserable. I guess Jello is off my list. I have no problem with chicken, or my homemade chili. Not tried any pork products. I'll miss my Jello.

That's a new one, on me. What did you eat, before or after the jello? Maybe it wasn't the jello

I had roast chicken. One of these roast chickens from Sams Club. I've had them before. I waited about 30 minutes to have the Jello. Jello was a dessert treat. It was my first dessert treat. Maybe my body is telling me something?

I've gotten stuck with jello before. It was totally unexpected cause I ASSumed jello would liquify. When I threw up it was chucks of jello. I 'chew' it to mush these days!

I love SF jello too! I had no problem with it after surgery but when I try to eat it now I have eat it very slowly otherwise it doesn't want to go down. Yep, I know we are supposed to still eat slowly but being 7 months out I thought maybe it wouldn't be a problem....Not true.
