Yep-those are my feet above!! Each day I lap swim during lunch, and this is the pool I use in Stockton CA-In Shape.
On bad weather days I do the treadmill at lunch.

I started the 21 Day Fix this week. Here's my post workout selfie. I've been sore since Monday night when I did the first one. But I've stuck with it. Hoping my legs feel better tomorrow because some of the Pilates are pretty tough.

Last night was 1047 calories by fencing for 2 hours. Today is a rest day. Tomorrow is my personal trainer doing TRX.

I'm currently off the exercise wagon due to a kidney stone. If it's still hanging around next Friday when I see my PCP, I'll be requesting imaging. Sigh.
