Looking good! Be careful with the crossing of your legs....it's something I thought I always did, but once I started losing weight I suffered from pinched nerves behind my knees which affected my walking. I had to go to a neurologist because we didn't know what the problem was and that's what he diagnosed. I had to consciously stop crossing my legs and found some improvement in a few months. Just be aware!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

I did the same thing the first time I lost over 100 pounds and when I kept tripping over my left foot, I convinced myself I had MS! Very scary.

Thank you. I will keep that in mind. It's not a habit for me but I guess if I'm not careful, that could change.

hahahaha!! I love it - 'I can cross my legs' I was sitting in Church last Sunday and I crossed my legs, and I was SO EXCITED!! And I had to be quiet! So I texted my hubby, sitting next to me...lol! He looked at me and we did a cute little high 5 in the pews!

Good for you Darlin'! I am hoping to have my surgery soon, just finishing the last 'hoop jumping' and the Doc will give me a date. We think sometime in June.

Keep it up, you inspire people like me-I will keep you in my prayers!

Have a Blessed Day....
