Any not milky Protein Drinks?

Thank goodness Dr Thompson at the Mayo Clinic doesn't believe in shakes. Never had one. I did have to Lose10%!of my weight pre op

I really like the Unjury products, the Strawberry is meant to be mixed with water so it can be more juice like. I mix it sometimes with water and sometimes with milk.

The Syntrax Nectars are really good too. I recommend going to their website and trying a sampler. Its the cheapest way to get the individual packets to try. My favorite is the Carribean Cooler.

Syntrax nectar is a 'juice' type drink. You can get a sample pack of flavors or the big tubs. I tried the samples before I invested in a tub. I liked all of the varieties, but some more than others. I also have less nausea with this brand as they remove all lactose from the whey protein. You can buy it on their site, but is normally slightly less expensive on Amazon if you have a Prime membership and shipping is free.

Walmart sells a brand called EAS, 2 scoops of powder into 8-10 oz of water, 32 PROTEIN 160 CALS no sugar , no carbs and its actually good not like the so many others I've tried!! I prefer the vanilla cause its less sweeter. Made with water so it's not thick or chalky or chunky eww lol. and its like less than $20 for a HUGE container! I do have a chocolate one on standby just in case I get that once a month chocolate craving too. 32 protein is awesome as well, not many with that much punch!

I discovered Isopure when I had to prep for a colonoscopy (really yuck). I was very happy with the Green Apple. GNC and Vitamin Shoppe carry it.

You mentioned unflavored protein powder mixed in things like Poweraide, & Gatoraide. I did that post op. I mixed the unflavored into all sorts of stuff. They say it's unflavored but it's not. You can taste the whey. I liked it in Crystal light lemonaide. It seemed to make that whey taste the most.

I would definitely get the sample packet of Sytrax Nectars. You should be able to google them and get a phone number from their website and call and order the samples. You get a bunch of different flavors to try. You'll be sorry if you buy a big tub of anything without trying it first.
