Congrats man! Ultimately, you need to end up at a weight that you feel good about. That being said, I would suggest you consider losing what you can now while it's still relatively easy - I went through the same process, and I know a lot of people kept telling me to stop losing weight (not my doctors however). In the end, I ended up lower than I planned, but I am really happy about it now. I bottomed out at around 145, and have been bouncing between 148-152 or so for the last 4 months. And it feels like the right weight to me now (I am 5'8").

And the funny thing? A lot of my family and friends have told me lately that "I look healthy again." That "for awhile, I looked too skinny, but I seem to have filled out and look good again." Which is funny, because I haven't gained any weight. A couple of them have admitted "hey, maybe we're just getting used to seeing you this way" which I think is a big part of it. Not just for them, but for me as well.

You may have also seen me recommend to others to get a DEXA scan. Certainly not a necessity, but it really helped me figure out what a healthy weight might be for me. Especially with a bit of body dysmorphia - it gave me a data based decision point that really helped my peace of mind.

Regardless - you are already a success, so congrats again!
