40% less fat man!
Woo hoo! 187!!!!!!! That is a total of 40% of my starting weight. My next goal is 175 by the end of Travelher's weight loss challenge because in my head I think that 170's is probably about right for me. I would have to get to 154 to be in the "normal" range for bmi but I just think that would be really low. Who knows?
CONGRATS, HFFM! I know 'normal weight' can feel too small. Especially if we have NEVER seen ourselves that size. The first time I lost weight, I started panicking about getting too small at 160. After getting down to 144, it took a little time, but I got used to it. Don't forget you may likely have a little rebound weight gain (small %). So go ahead and see where you body naturally comes to rest. I'm glad you are feeling so much joy!!!
Like Rachel mentions, "normal" weight can seem too skinny at first if we haven't been there for a long time (or never). I ended up about 8-10 pounds below what I though my stretch target was when I got to maintenance though I was still in normal BMI range (just kept losing for a bit). Now that I've been at this weight for almost 5 months and am dressing for it, it doesn't seem too skinny anymore.

Ive been hovering around 185 +/- a 2lbs for the last month or so, that was after being stuck at 192 +/- a few for a few months lol
I am thinking about the same goal, 170 or 175 maybe.
