Once approved...?

so my application was voided and I have to resubmit because my pcp didn't document my visits with her correctly smh. Now I have to go back to her and spell it out how everything should be so I can be approved smh. She said she's don this many times for patients so I don't get why mine was done incorrectly. They scheduled me for 5/31 even tho that's a little too soon for me lol. So I kno I will be approved I just need to pcp to do right.
