Mini goal, summertime weight loss challenge

I'm fighting about 10 pounds of regain, and I'm bound and determined to get it off before my 2 year surgiversary in early August. As of today, I am vowing to taking control and getting back on track with not only my diet, but also exercise.

I walked 5k this morning. I wasn't fast, I walked the whole thing, but I did the whole 3.1 miles through my neighborhood. I'm also getting back into weight training a bit, just a small bit to help rebuild muscle.

Does anyone want to join me and maybe do a weekly check in? I'd love to have some actual accountability. I'm using the runkeeper app on my phone to track my walking, and MFP for food tracking.

When are you starting this challenge? I just had revision to RNY and I want to get down to 150-160 lbs if possible. I would love to join you and have some accountability.

I would use that recipe to make pancakes when I need to gain weight. Not lose.
