I just finished a 1 mile hike on the treadmill....my second day. Still a little slow-but not minding it at all! Just throw on my headsets and I 'bounce' away!

On Mother's day weekend I am doing a 3 mile 'bubble run' with my Sister in Southern Ca-so I am "training" for that! ....alright, I think I might walk most of it..but hey, it's 3 miles, I'll take however I can do it!

Today is normally my off day but since errands had me out last night and rain had me unmotivated, I went today. 2 mile run on the treadmill and weights arm/leg rotations.

5'6.5" High weight:337 Lowest weight:193/31 BMI: Goal: 195-205/31-32 BMI

Today is an off day. Was at fencing last night for 2 hours and working with my trainer tomorrow.
