How long did it take to get an approval?

My surgeon is submitting everything today.

I can't speak to any Humana plans, but from seeing people here talk about their experiences with insurance, it seems that about 2 weeks is the norm.

If in doubt, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask! :)
