Well it happen but I know why and I am OK with it. I got down to 137, 53 pounds of regain gone! My goal was to be around 125 by Memorial Day weekend. I have been sitting on 137 for 2 weeks now. You can't live where I am and not enjoy all it has to offer. I went on a wine tour in Napa Valley with my meet-up widows group. It was a blast and I learned about wine and enjoyed tastings. Yes, it's true alcohol is the worst empty calories EVER The last wine tour vineyard had a chocolate for every wine we tasted. LMBO, no wine and chocolate is not on my get back on track meal plan, but this girl had been "good" for 4 months and decided to treat myself. See you can enjoy what life has to offer (long term) after weight loss. Don't try this until you hit goal and still be careful with transfer addiction issues. I am so far out I know what I can and can't do. BUT you pay the price.
So it's back to my eating plan and went for an 8 mile hike last Saturday. I won't bore you with updates until Memorial Day weekend. Fingers crossed I hit at least 129.999999999999999
