What did you do about underwear?
Can I just say underwear has gotten to be a big problem for me. I am going through sizes fast and now I have the extra problem of excess skin. If the underwear has a certain waistband then it gives me awful muffin top despite it fitting correctly. I have tried so many brands and styles. And don't even get me started on bras...
May not be an issue for you as much going forward. I'm down about 94 lbs and still wearing the same size 9 underwear which are just now getting to the point I may need to replace them for 8's. I have some 8's and they are perfect now. I find underwear can go a distance if they have spandex in them. bras are a whole other story.

Underwear is very important. It can make or break an outfit I usually go to stores that have clearance and go through the bins. Like at kohls. Tjmaxx is a good place to go to also.
Enjoy the clothing thing. It was a lot harder to shop before surgery. At least it was for me. There are so many stores I can go to now.
I wore (and still wear) a lot of swing dresses as I lost weight because I didn't have to replace them as often as pants. (With leggings in the colder months.) Because the world works in such a way that I am constantly embarrassing myself, I wore (and still wear) inexpensive biker shorts under my dresses as underwear.
They smooth the rolls, lift the fanny, and when the wind blows my dress up while I am walking into a busy store, they protect the public from seeing my dimply ass cheeks.

I did not skimp on underwear. When they got baggy in the butt, I just couldn't stand the feeling! So I was always up to date on comfortable underwear. Hanes comfort soft waist low rise briefs. Like I told my husband - comfortable is the new sexy (this it also true for shoes :))
For the outer clothes, I tried to only buy new clothes when I could fit 2 sizes smaller or when my pants fell over my hips. The one thing I didn't expect is when your pants get bigger, they also get longer :).
Oddly, as I lost weight, the back of my dresses grew to the same length as the front of my dresses. Hmmm...

I had to break down and buy new underwear when the excess fabric started rolling and making the most gawds-awful panty lines under my slacks. That, and falling off... luckily just at home. LOL. I have been wearing Lane Bryant undies for so long I don't even know what brands/styles anymore, so I just measured and got some Hanes and Jockey styles to try in the appropriate size at Target and Kohls. I'll have to buy again before it's all said and done, and that's when I'll probably venture into the higher priced market. :)

With underwear, I still seem to be OK in the same size. No sliding, etc.
I DID go out today and pick up a couple of new bras. Two of the ladies at (Bariatric) Support group took me aside yesterday and insisted it was time I treat myself to new bras.
Hey, just because I can stash a protein shake into the excess fabric under each arm simultaneously doesn't mean it doesn't fit! Pockets are FEATURE, not a flaw!
Yeah, they didn't buy that excuse either. So, two new bras.
(Side note: Lane Bryant's measuring technique always gives me the wrong band size!)
