What do you use for dry skin?
Thanks everyone for all the great suggestions I think I was so focused on getting back to the basics with my eating the last 4 months I let the amount of fat go too low. Going to up it and can't wait to try all the products you guys shared. Thanks again and I will let you know

I'm a fan of Cerave cream/lotion. (I have an Rx product for when my skin actually cracks/bleeds.)
I put the Cerave on after showering and I've found I need the Rx product much less. I also have a stick of cocoa butter for my surgical scars. Works great on my lips, too.
At night, I put lotion on my hands and feet and wear cotton socks and gloves* to sleep. Works great. (*I found both at the dollar store.)
My CPAP has a humidifier, but I occasionally put some Vaseline on my lips at night when they're really dry.

I really like Neutrogena hand cream, unscented. It takes a little work to rub in, but I like it best of all the hand lotions I have tried.
For my feet, I like Avon callus cream, with peppermint.
As an expensive option, I love DHC brand "Olive Butter." It has a nice rose scent. It is so luxurious.
