What do you use for dry skin?
Hi
Ever since my surgery so many years ago I can't remember back that far I have had issues with dry skin. I drink my water but it's such an issue. Trying so many brands of lotions it seems if it helps with the dryness of the skin then it's greasy.
Do you guys have issues with dry skin since surgery? If so, have you found a great lotion that helps but doesn't fill like you are leaving a greasy trail behind you
Thanks,
Kathy

Adding more fat to your diet can help. Otherwise, I go for Aveeno.

Hi! As Gwen mentions getting enough good fats are important. Avocado, eggs, nuts, full fat yogurt are things that come to mind. I do have to change my lotions occasionally too. Most recently I fell in love with some called All Good from a brand called Elemental Herbs. They are a company out of Morro Bay which isn't far from me but they have a website and it does have a place to check for retailers. I have the coconut body lotion. Best of luck finding something that works well for you.
