I eat them about once a month when I want something crunchy. Stats on them are great - and I find them very filling. I'm not crazy about them, but the cheddar cheese ones are OK - they're heavily flavored, so the flavor covers up much of the protein taste. I haven't tried the BBQ ones, but they may be OK too because that's a pretty salient flavor. I didn't really care for the other flavors I've tried. I think they're fine as an occassional thing as long as they're not a slippery slope for you.

I love them as a periodic convenient snack - I threw a bag in and took it to work for my afternoon snack yesterday. They really fill me up and I don't find them to be a slider (same for protein bars which some people have problems with as well). For me, almonds can lead to over-eating more easily.

I use them as "crackers" with my tuna or chicken salad. I usually only have a 1/3 of the bag at a meal. I don't mind them -- some flavors are definitely better than others. I do find them expensive for what they are.
