Today I walked 4 miles (two 2 mile walks of 35 minutes each) and walked 70 flights of stairs.

My calories eaten/burned is in the negative!

Myfitnesspal is *****ing at me that I don't eat enough. It can kiss my shrinking bony butt... I'm at my lowest weight in years today, lower than college! :-)
