My plan was tai chi class and pilates class followed by a run and a good yoga stretching session. But my shoulders are extremely sore from some hauling I did yesterday, so the run and stretch didn't happen. But my fitness classes were great!

Today was a few miles on the treadmill and cleaning out a large shed full of junk. It's so nice to finally have the ability and energy to get things done.

Had VSG on 9/28/15

Lost 161 lbs since surgery, LOST 221 lbs overall so far!!

Today was triceps and chest day. Was nice because the gym wasn't packed so I could actually lift without a ton of people in the way AND help my wife start a lifting program.
