Same as Gwen, or the vanilla unsweetened. My NUT said it was the lowest calorie!

I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, unflavored protein powder and PB2...this was my go to protein shake after surgery. If I have a protein shake now, it's usually Premiere Protein(Bananas & Cream)

I will put PB2 on my list - Thank you!

I even added it to my hot quinoa cereal this morning, it adds flavor without all the sweetness.

I've been taking a break from the Premier shakes and making my own with:

  • 2 tbs. Pure Egg White Protein from Trader Joe's
  • 2 tbs. PB2
  • 1 tbs. baking cocoa
  • Stevia to taste
  • 12 oz. liquid

(The above is a recipe for two 6 oz. servings)

It's about 22g of protein for about 150 cals if you mix it with water.

It's also a very welcome change from the overly-sweet Premier shakes... the PB2 is not sickly sweet like most peanut butter, and I add just enough Stevia to get the sweetness to where it's palatable. It's actually almost "coffee-like," which I'm enjoying (even as a non-coffee drinker).

Great idea - I can see I am going to get sick of choc. protein powder plain.
