Good morning everyone!! It is supposed to be 69 on Sunday. I am so looking forward to sunshine!! I have been really struggling lately feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I feel like in a lot of ways, I have always been the fat sister, fat mom and fat wife. Its weird how it all messes with your head. I have an appt with my counselor next week to talk.
I have been focusing on AMAW. I just feel so much better. So, here is my plan for today. I see my surgeon on May 8th. I am hoping to be in the 180's, even if its upper 180's.
