Day 4 of my 21 day exercise plan
This morning I did 5K on the treadmill going 3mph 90% of the time. I think I could manage more distance but I get bored.
This afternoon I took a tri fit class. I had to modify a few exercises because I have a head cold and my balance is off, but I completed the whole class. I did Zumba on Tuesday and liked it but this was more controlled and targeted.
My new bathing suit was delivered today so I will swim laps tomorrow. I enjoyed my week off but have to go back to work on Monday...
If you're looking for ways to alleviate boredom, I highly recommend the Zombies Run app. It's awesome :D
Being outside instead of on the treadmill is also awesome.

I listen to NPR pod casts. There a r e TV'S at the gym.
Today I did 5k on the treadmill and used the rowing machine for 20 minutes. Then I got gardening stuff at Lowe's including 9 bags of mulch and loaded them into my car myself.
Also cleaned out the chicken coop, weeded the front of my house, mowed the lawn, planted a new asparagus bed and got 3 4x8 raised beds ready for planting.
Second night in a row that I barfed up my entire dinner...
