What is your favorite Easter candy and how did you resist?
We are Jewish so Easter candy isn't a thing, but it's Passover and I love matzo covered with semisweet chocolate.
My addicted is that there are no "BAD" foods, so I just have a bit of what ever traditionally goes with specific holiday celebrations.
So far:
Thanksgiving= 1 oz of stuffing - I vomited up my entire 3oz meal!
Hanukkah= 1 lindor truffle - bad reflux
Purim= 1/2 of a poppy seed Hamantoshen (filled shortbread cookie) - yummy even though I had my coffee first instead of with it.
Passover Seder= 1/4 of a sheet of thin "tea matzo" with haroset (fine diced nuts, fruit and wine topped with horseradi**** was GREAT but I couldn't eat my protein because I was too full...I'll skip the chocolate covered matzo this year...
Reese's peanut butter eggs. This is my first year, but honestly? It's just not an option. I'm never going to have more will power then I do the first few months right? It ain't happening

That is part of this learning process. That is why it's called a journey. Hot, fresh out of the oven bread with cold butter is a big trigger food for me. I waited 18 months after reaching goal before I had some at a restaurant. I had to wait until I was sure it would not turn into a loaf of bread. YOU GOT THIS

Cadbury mini eggs. I had more than I liked to have. My binge eating got the best of me
