It's been a week since I put it out there. I lost 2 pounds and at this stage will take it! Sticking with my eating plan, high protein, low carbs and my green drink. Love the Kathy's skinny dressing on my fav snack, cucumbers, fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. I am so weird, I get in the mood for something and eat it over and over and over again until I am sick of it and won't eat it again for a very long time

My main "Move to Lose" has been biking but since I got tapped by a car and down I went I am hitting my RPM class in the gym for now. PLEASE WEAR A HELMET. If I had not had a helmet on I would be in the hosptial. I think I shared with you my original goal I made for myself was 125 by Memorial day weekend. I can't believe it's only 6 weeks away. If I do, high 5 if not no biggie!

ROAR! YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

138 - 52 gone from my regain!

My new fav go to dish

Chillin after my Move to Lose bike ride - Helmet is worn at all times!

I joined a bike group that meet every Saturday AM. We were all in the intersection and this butthole decided he didn't want to wait. Seriously? I am from the generation where we hopped on our bikes and were gone all day when we were kids. Helmets? Please LOL But a friend of mine kept giving me a hard time until I got one. Will never ride without it.

Hi Dee,

Thank you and yes I learned a valuable lesson. I think I may stick to paved trails for awhile.

I do the same thing, eat the same thing repeatedly till I get sick of it. You look great, keep up the good work! Spin class can be a blast and a great workout. Sadly I had to stop because it was bothering my feet.

I know it's so weird but I just love it at the time I am eating it LOL So sorry to hear you had to quit the class. Did you find something else to do in place of it? Would different shoes help?
