It's a running day for me. So I ran and then did a 15 minute yoga stretching routine.

Took my bike out during lunch, 9.3mi in 47 minutes. Ugly headwinds during the first half of the ride, then I bonked HARD just after the halfway point. I should really know better than to go riding on an empty stomach, and for not re-stocking my saddle bag with snacks.

This morning started out with cross fit. Workout included back squats, had a new personal record of 140 pounds for me. For the conditioning piece, it included a 600 meter run, 30 thrusters and 30 chest to bar pull ups.
I go home and then jog 2.7 miles before heading to work.
Tonight will include an hour of yoga class. Yay fitness! I am one of the weird ones *****ally like working out. :-)
