Congratulations!!! Start taking as many photos as you can!! That way your next milestone will be visible in print form when it may be difficult for you to see it if you didn't have a photo!!

What are your next goals? both scale and non scale?

I think the next scale victory will be when I get down to 244 pounds. Then I will have less than 100 pounds to go to reach my goal. The next goal will be to weigh 199. Starting out wanting to lose 225 pounds seemed really daunting, so I have been making myself smaller goals. I'm not to sure about a NSV goal. I guess I will know that when I see / feel it.
