Day 1 of my 21 day exercise plan

It took more than four to get yoga, but I was glad I stuck it out. It was the most body transforming exercise I have done. But the four rule is a good one. I'm now using a TRX like suspension trainer. It took about four sessions to get into it.

I did zumba yesterday and I really liked it!

Today is day three, I am walking because my size 24 bathing suit didn't work out when I put in at the gym... on at 5am this morning. Think I could have figured that out before 5am!

I have a head cold and gave myself e f permission to take the day off...then I went t o the gym and did 5k on the tread mill, mostly at around 3mph. Not exactly running but not casual walking either. Took 51 minutes.

Going to my first "tri fit" class at 5:30.
