Have you read this hilarious Craigslist Ad about Hot Yoga?

It's an oldie but still makes me giggle every time I read it. It sums up Hot Yoga pretty perfectly...

It's a shame that his hot yoga experience was so moderate. I am certain the room I was in was at least 27,000,000ºF.

LOL! I've been doing Zumba for about 6-7 months now and I still feel like a klutz a lot of the time, but luckily no one cares!

I just go to the back and know that I will be weird. It's ok. As far as Hot Yoga, I hate being hot, I hate yoga, not my combo!

I know I'm trying to figure out when is the right time to start weight training. Part of me doesn't want to as long as I'm losing weight. I always stop when I start weight training...plus it has always led to injury which has alway led to weight gain...so am reticent.

I know that I might stop losing or even gain weight but it won't be fat...I know it in my head but I do have a hard time seeing in on the scale.

On the other hand I might get some of my former round butt back...and the PT might give me a "that a girl"!

OK, I gotta jump in...poor Zumba is getting a bad rap. I swear it has helped me transform my body...legs, arms, even abs. At least try it!!!
