Cricket Flour- Chirp Chirp anyone?

I'm far too American, I suppose, to consider eating such a thing. Hell, I'm far too American to want to know of such a thing. My own feedback is "RUN!!!" Gag me with a Valley girl's spoon.

I just read in the paper that at Mariners games at Safeco Field, they are selling roasted grasshoppers! And they sold out of them at the opener...

I snacked on roasted crickets seasoned with garlic, scallions, and red chillis when I was in Cambodia. They were delicious! The hard part is not drinking while you eat them. If you don't chew really well, they get caught in your throat, kind of like chips or popcorn. Aside from that, I enjoyed them and would eat them again.
