Today I will do an hour of Aqua Cardio...my trainer Dianne is a FREAKIN' BEAST....

Sore today, Strong tomorrow she says!!

It really is not hard, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pool...it is truly my happy place!

I'm going to head to the pool for a lunchtime swim in about an hour. I haven't been to the pool in months, but I'm officially a month away from my triathlon so it's time to get my butt in gear!
