for me it has to be my energy levels and comfortably fitting in airplane seats, followed by being able to eat in public without thinking people are watching and judging.

It's hard to pick just one! I'd have to go with getting off all my meds and apnea mask as my #1.
Next, I would have to say not getting "winded" doing things like carrying groceries into the house etc.

Just navigating the world the same way a "normal" sized person does. Not worrying about having to walk between a row of chairs, not worrying about the weigh limit of chairs, being able to wrap a normal towel around my body at the gym, sitting comfortably in a middle airplane seat...all the basic life things that obese people have to worry about :( RNY was hands-down the greatest gift I could have ever given myself!!!
