Hi Watson

Thank you so much my friend!

Do you still see Dr. Nagle? If so, please tell him how much I appreciate him and the awesome job he did. Imagine this tool, his surgery was done so GREAT that it's still working after all these years. I would love to talk to him!

Take care,

Kathy

Hi Kathy ,

You're welcome so very much my cool friend!

It's been some time since I saw him the last time, I think I bumped into him earlier this year when I had an appointment with one of my other doctors, I'll let him know if I bump into him again. Wow! I bet you would!

I will, you too take care,

Watson

:-) ...I bet you would. You may never know until you try and e-mail him, if you don't get a reply back from him, maybe you can try and call his office and leave a message for him. :-) ...you're welcome Kathy!

You're looking great! And you CAN do it -- you have before, and you are such an inspiration and positive person for the rest of us, I know you can do it for yourself too.

Thank you Renee

It feels so good to be in control again and being reminded of all the things our weight loss brings to our lives. You all are so wonderful and glad you are a part of my OH family

Congratulations !!!

Most of us need to least 3 things when losing re-gain.

  • Motivation
  • Hard work
  • Patience

And knowledge how to do it. But that can be found on OH.

Thanks H.A.L.A. B

Getting all the stars to align is the challenge. We may be motivated but not ready for the hard work, and lord knows patience is needed. It took me over a year before I had all my stars in line.
