Almost Winning the Battle of Regain - spilling my guts!
Thank you so much for sharing! I have no idea what the future will bring but it is going to be stressful (DH has Alzheimer's). It helps to know that even if we forget to take care of ourselves for a while we can recover again (so we don't just give up).

I am so very sorry to hear this.... Reach out to me any time and please promise me you will go to a Alzheimer's support group (other care givers) and please, please, please arrange for you to get out/away a couple of times a week. I didn't and it really almost did me in.

I can see the goal line and need this extra pu****hat being said, this time around I am nicer to me. The first time I was so hard on myself but it was out of fear. Fear I would fail again, knowing I "CAN" do it helps this time around. Thanks again
