I will be walking my puppy's today!! Bubba Luke is a 95 lb Yellow Lab, and Frankie is a 15 lb long haired Doxie!!

NCAA finals early this evening, GO TARHEELS!!

(will hit the pool again tomorrow...today I am in TARHEEL watching mode!)

Love those fur babies! Hitting the trail on my bike for 9 miles and was going to the gym but want to finish my plantings. I have a few herbs to do and waiting for the blue lake green beans to come in. Keep on moving Girl!

I did a 2.75 mile walk on my lunch break and I'm meeting my trainer in 40 minutes for a core stability work out!

I met a friend at the gym today at lunch and did a warm up on the treadmill, then we did arms... I'll be feeling it tomorrow since I've been lax on the working out lately!

55 minutes on the elliptical machine this morning (I'm running out of Game of Thrones episodes, I'll be caught up through Season 6 by the end of the week) and then I've got tae kwon do class this evening for an hour.

I did arms with my trainer, and he actually told me I was doing too much, and that I need to have at least one to two days of rest a week.

On March 12th I went from 1.5 hours a week of cardio and 1.5 hours a week of training, to 1.5 hours a week of training and 13+ hours a week of cardio!

So yesterday, I did 6K steps and my arms. Today, I am up to 3,250 steps, and I just got done with work. I thinks I'll go get elliptical for an hour or so...
