I met a friend at the gym today at lunch and did a warm up on the treadmill, then we did arms... I'll be feeling it tomorrow since I've been lax on the working out lately!

30 minutes of cardio on the bike using the uphill program. Whew it was tough but felt so good!

I did arms with my trainer, and he actually told me I was doing too much, and that I need to have at least one to two days of rest a week.
On March 12th I went from 1.5 hours a week of cardio and 1.5 hours a week of training, to 1.5 hours a week of training and 13+ hours a week of cardio!
So yesterday, I did 6K steps and my arms. Today, I am up to 3,250 steps, and I just got done with work. I thinks I'll go get elliptical for an hour or so...
