Have had a great WL week this week. Surpassed my original WL goal of 170! Have lost almost 3 lbs this week. It still shocks me when this happens. And I raised my calories to between 1000-1100 this week. Counterintuitive but shows you starvation is not necessarily the way to go.
Had a Dexa scan done. Gonna have another at the end of the challenge. Mine showed me that I have 40.5% body fat. My ultimate goal is to get that under 35% but for this challenge I will say 37%. Was very cool. I have great bone density so will monitor that over time.
Wrinkles are starting to appear now all over in some pretty weird places.

Waited all week to weigh myself. I, of course, had greater expectations. Of course, I know better. I've been off depo for a while and I am getting 'hormone' fluctuations. Of course, today is a VERY BAD hormonal day for weight. I also had less physical activity this week. I was exhausted earlier this week. Next week will be better.
Hell. I can't complain. It's a loss!
