Everyone has done so well on this challenge. To summarize my own results:
i have lost 23lbs which means I surpassed my goals.
my best results was body fat from 40.9 to 31.9 which makes me healthy! Screw BMI!
i went from 8/10 clothes to 4/6
and I lost about 3 inches each from chest/waist/hips and my waist is 29". So I hit another goal.

Bed head is not allowed! That is why my picture is from last week... You did great! It is really noticeable in your cheeks, neck and arms.
To summarize my results I lost 20 pounds and about 12 inches all around from my legs/waist/ chest/arms.
Going into the the challenge I was on the loose end of a size 24 and now buying size 22.
The most important thing that happened to me during this challenge is that my BMI is now down to a 49. Going in to surgery my BMI was mid 60's so it feels good to see that number coming down.
Ive included a picture I took last Monday. The clothes I have on are way to big but I didn't have time to shop for new clothes for the funeral and honestly even if i did, I doubt I would be able to wear them again.
Not bad! You definitely had some struggles early on in the challenge and you ended up pretty decent.

WELL, POO! I thought next week was the last week. I had a rough week. I had problems with low energy=low activity, and binging this week. Then I woke up this morning & found out why... I'm coming up on a job change next week. Lots of stress. But I plan to get my ass to the gym more this week to work off this stress... & weight!!!
OOPS!!!
So, I started this challenge at 189.2# with an original goal of 175#, revised to 170#. Today weighed in at 171.2!! I started in a loose 14 and am now in a 10 on the verge of 8 (31/30) and a medium top.
