spring to summer weight loss challenge
Woo hoo! Down 3 pounds this week and another 1.75 inches! That puts me at my original goal of 175 and 213 total inches on chest, stomach, waist, biceps, thighs and calfs.
I'm doing the happy fat man dance! It isn't pretty to watch but at least it won't end up on America's funniest home videos.
Well sorry to say I'm up about 2 pounds today. I had a feeling since I feel like I'm retaining a bit of water. As of today I am 345.8. I'm ok with this, cause I know it will come off in the next few days. Just need to up my water intake.
I noticed that fluid intake plays a huge role in my weight loss. I used to drink about 90 ounces a day and I found that when I got over a gallon a day my weight loss seemed much more linear.
Oh yeah mine too. My fluids been lacking the last few days. Maybe only gotten about a half gallon in each day. I'm shooting for almost a gallon at least today.
Gallon of water worked yesterday. I got on the scale this morning too see and it was already back down.
Awesome! It blows my mind how water weighs 8 pounds per gallon so you would think that dehydration would drop your weight but it has the opposite effect.
Weighed yesterday at 172.6. I've really upped my exercise this week. I've had a minimum of 14K steps since Monday. Foods been on track. I'm very content with the loss. I also found a box of Levi's in the closet that I would have passed over had I not been shopping through my shoes. 11's & 10's that fit NOW, but probably only for a few weeks longer.

You are definitely on track. You certainly have it in you. Sorry to compare you, more trying to inspire, travelher started this challenge with similar numbers to where you are now and she is almost where you want to be. Your loss numbers aren't far from hers. You could be there by the end of another challenge if there is one.
