spring to summer weight loss challenge
That is where you need a high five! The last few weeks I've barely lost a pound per week but the inches have been dropping. I've received more comments on my weight loss in the last 2 weeks than I have within the last 3 months. Heck, I lost 1.75 off of just my stomach last week!
There definitely is a correlation, for me, with slow loss = dropping inches.
I'm down to 178. A single pound but I'm down 2.75 inches this week with 1.75 coming off of my stomach! I can now look down and see a "mountain range" of toes, all 10 of those suckers! I'm pretty happy about that!
It isn't a gain though so I would count that as a win if that week previously would have been a gain.
