Dear lord. I had a great aunt who had 3#'s removed from each. I can't even picture 5#'s each. But at 16, it could have been considered a developmental medical emergency. You could have had some serious spinal development issues. Your parents must have been very medically open minded.

Well my mom had already had one. And it was at the point where I could not buy a bra...I was tiny. Like probably a 32 back size..and whatever cup size I needed didn't exist...so my mom suggested it and I was like...sure. Starting at 12 I began to have back issues. Eg couldn't sit on the floor with the other kids for more than 5 minutes without being in terrible pain..

still have shoulder/neck pain today. And middle back. I think with gaining weight I was more balanced. Now I'm front heavy again...oh well. Can't have it all.

You may well need another once you stop losing, at the rate you're going!!!!

I have to weigh in on this. Good God those must have hurt and I can only imagine the unwanted looks that you had. You look nice and feminine now but if you are in pain nothing is worth keeping.

BTW for the record, I'm a boob man and honestly that much "real estate" is a turn off.

Had a drop this week! Down to 163.6. Hoping to hit 160, which is 100lbs by the end of the month.

I'm down to 184! Only .25 of an inch down but that is ok.

We have a big project going on at our car wash. The rails and wheels that the machine rides on both need to be replaced. That involves lifting the machine about a foot repairing the damaged rails. Once that is done I will weld a new section of 1/4" angle iron that is about 40' to the rail to provide a fresh surface for the new wheels. The wheels are about 25 pounds each. This is definitely a working man's workout!

230.6. So down 4.2! That's 4.2 lbs away from halfway to my goal and 9.6 lbs away from an overweight BMI. It all seemed so far away in February...

This challenge has showed me I have a new pattern it seems! Every other week I lose about 4 pounds and on the in between weeks I lose 1-2. On the in between weeks I totally forget I have the 4 pound weeks and get discouraged. Brains are weird when mixed with emotions!
