Three Month Surgery Visit

Great visit with Dr. Ben-Meir. I've lost 77% of my excess weight so far. All the office staff said I look great. All labs great. My blood sugar is great and I'm on zero diabetes meds. Next visit in three months and I'll have an A1C. Doctor said it should be around 5. My goal weight is the 140s, but my ideal weigh for my height is about 160. I saw the NUT as I was concerned if I was eating enough and the right amounts. I'm following all the rules. It's not easy and people at work can't believe I eat very little. This is what I must follow the rest of my life. I don't want the diabetes to come back nor do I want to end up six feet under. The thought of dumping is real, so I make good food choices.

I've had a very stressful week at work and one more day to go.
