For me-I will be stuck at my computer most of the day...working... but after work I will HIT the pool, and I mean HIT IT!! First Cardio Aqua, my trainer kicks my A$$. Then to the outside pool for some good ole' Tread and Talk sessions with friends, for about an hour.

GOTTA SWIM dontcha know!!

I brought my swimsuit to work today so I could drive to the gym and swim during my lunch break... but I forgot my contacts and swim goggles. D'oh!

I think I'll take a bike ride instead. I'm doing a 30-mile ride in a week and a half and the more miles I can get in, the better!

Did my daily religious 2½ mile speed walk, I often do 5 miles, I wonder how many miles I travelled in the past 7½ years?

The best exercise- the one you will do.

PS I hate exercise. My mind is worse than a toddler, the tantrums it has. I've learned to walk my toddler out the door and do it anyway.

I did 50 flights of stairs today at work and did a 1.25 mile walk. Then I left a few minutes early and went to the gym and did my arms workout and 20 minutes of cardio.
